Brilliant customer service from start to finish. Seen a touareg online and rang to view it. Paul was quick to greet us and pulled the car out for us to take it for a drive. Had a quick chat in the office with Paul and thought about it overnight. The next day we reserved the car and Paul had it ready for us to collect in a few days. Nice guy, very honest and genuine, highly recommended.

Aaron asked if he could help said I was interested in the car straight away he said I will get the key for a test drive so we did .
Very happy with the car so deal was done that Wednesday evening car was ready for collecting Friday !

Just purchased a Audi Q5 from these guys- Great communication. Put a reservation fee of £199 down to keep the car and if we didn't like it we could have a 100% refund. I don't think you can be fairer than that. When we arrived it was all really easy and laid back. They let us test drive, have a really good poke about.
The car is beautiful drives like a dream and I am one happy customer.
Would definitely recommend Fermanagh Auto Sales. There was no hard sell like you get at other dealers !!

Visited Fermanagh Auto Sales yesterday and the whole team were amazing! Aaron greeted us and then showed us around the Discovery that we had seen on line, but sadly we decided against the jeep as it was Manual and we preferred automatic. The cars at the garage are exceptional and they have a professional valeting team on site. I have been in contact with Aaron today and he is still trying to find a car suitable for us. You must visit the team if you are thinking of changing your vehicle.

When I visited the showroom I was met by Paul who was very friendly, professionally and made me feel welcome. We sat down, he offered me tea/coffee and had a chat about what I was looking for and that i wanted to part exchange my vehicle. Paul showed me to the car lot where he talked me through and pointed out what cars suited my price range and the specs I required. When I choose the car I liked Paul encouraged me to take it for a long test drive. I went back the next day to sort out paperwork etc and get the part ex price on mine. Throughout the whole process Paul Was in constant contact with me. This is the second car i have bought with this company and the service is excellent. I will definitely use Fermanagh auto sales for future vehicles and will be looking to deal with Paul again as he was a pleasure to do business with.

Traveled all the way from Coleraine to Fermanagh to view a car and found a wee gem of a business there. Staff were fantastically enthusiastic and helpful.
